The outpatient center was established in 2012 by merging the three city polyclinics of the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution “State Enterprise No. 214 DZM”, State Budget Institution “State Enterprise No. 17 DZM”, branch No. 1 and State Budgetary Health Institution “State Enterprise No. 54 DZM”.
